Another food diary..with pictures!

I just thought it would be cool to take pics of my food every day and post the points values and recipes. Maybe it'll keep me on the straight and narrow and I won't screw up, and I'll finally hit my goal! It's worth a try, right?

Btw..these pics are taken with my phone, so they're not the BEST quality!

Breakfast wrap

This breakfast wrap was sooo tasty and huge!
1 smart and tasty "La Tortilla Factory" wrap (i love the olive oil one for 1 pt)
1/2 cup eggwhites
purple onion, mushrooms and bell pepper sauteed and then eggwhites added till cooked
1 laughing cow cheese wedge (i like garlic and herb) spread on wrap
10 small olives chopped
1/4 avocado chopped
1/4 cup grape tomatoes chopped
restaurant style salsa
6 pts for the whole thing!!

Chicken chop salad

3 oz grilled chicken breast
1/4 avocado
1 plum tomato chopped
3 cups chopped lettuce
1/2 cup purple cabbage
3 mushrooms chopped
2 radishes chopped
2 green onions chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper chopped
3 tbsp Newmans Own lowfat sesame ginger
put all in a big ziplock baggie, add dressing, and shake! pour out onto a big plate
whole thing is 6 pts!

These are all recipes that I have come up with on my own with the supplies I have on hand.

This looks delicious, however I am sad to say that any homemade salad I make never seems as good as ones in the restaurant. This looks yummy. :) Good to hear that Weight Watchers is working! Maybe I should jump on board...
